IMO you guys should just make a new team and abandon the current one with Michael leading it.

Yes, but then you would lose all the skill-points already earned. I don't really care, just sharing the other side of the argument. And Nightrunner, I was leader of the team, but GWL only allows you to be leader of one team and I chose MM by a loooooonnnnnnngggggg shot.
